All bedrooms are furnished to a high standard of decor and comfort. Considerable care has been taken to ensure that they are practicable and safe for those with very young children. All have adequate hanging and drawer space and have shaver points, hair dryer, tea/coffee making facilities. All bedding is provided including spare cot sheets in case of "accidents". Nappy buckets, changing-mats are all provided ( for safety reasons we do not supply cot bumpers).

Each Family Suite comprises two bedrooms and a bathroom. The Master bedroom is furnished with a double bed whilst the children's room is fitted out with a bunk bed and cot. Some suites will accommodate a third folding bed, or second cot.

Guest Kitchen
A Guest Kitchen is provided equipped with a large sink, fridge, kettle, bottle steriliser, microwave and ironing facilities. There is also a highchair provided for the feeding of babies at times other than at breakfast and children's tea.

Laundry
We offer a laundry service for guests, at a small charge. There is a rotary clothes line for guest use.

Playroom & Play Area
The Playroom is equipped with toys, games and books for all ages. The Play area has swings, climbing frame, trundle toys, bikes and scooters.

The Sitting Room
The Sitting-Room which is in the original building has low beams and thick walls with built-in window seats. It offers a comfortable, quiet haven away from the children. Coffee is served here after dinner and in the winter this can be enjoyed in front of a large wood burning fire. There is a separate Television Lounge with DVD player.
